Our Story
About the Press
Rooted in Scripture. Grown for the soul.
Our Story
Willow and Bough Press was founded on a simple conviction: that time spent in God's Word can deepen our spiritual roots, strengthen our faith, and draw us closer to Him.
The press grew from the creation of Growing Your Roots, a year-long devotional journal designed to encourage readers to open their Bibles each day and spend meaningful time in Scripture. What began with one journal became a desire to create thoughtful resources that lead readers back to God’s Word again and again.
At Willow and Bough Press, the devotional is the doorway, not the destination. Scripture is where we take root.
"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." — Psalm 119:105
Our Mission
To publish devotional and Bible study resources that encourage meaningful, Scripture-rooted time with God.
Rooted in Scripture
Our resources begin with Scripture and lead readers back to it. We believe God’s Word is living and active, and our books are designed to encourage readers to encounter it directly.
Thoughtfully Crafted
We take care with every word, every layout, and every design choice—because the way a book is made shapes the way it is read.
Grown for the Soul
We create resources that invite readers to slow down, spend time in God’s Word, and allow Scripture to take root in their lives.
